Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Berea, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bidders must be a plan holder of record with the City in order for their bid to be considered. Each bidder is required to furnish with the proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project. All questions during bidding shall be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 10, 2022. The owner intends and requires that all time limits stated in the Contract Documents are met, and that this project be substantially completed on or before October 14, 2022, and completed by October 28, 2022.
