Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

**As of July 19, 2022, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** The project consists of the following trades/supplies: General Construction, Laborers, Landscapers Infield mix, athletic seed mix, fencing, aggregate, piping We respectfully request that your office forward notifications of the availability of this project to qualified business concerns. Base Bid for this project involves the renovations required to create 3 separate ball fields; work includes but not limited to the removal of the existing chain-link fencing, benches and bleachers; site grading and earthwork, topsoil and dirt infield mix; storm sewer piping and cleanouts; installation of ball field accessories including but not limited to benches, backstops, foul poles, chain-link fencing; erosion and sedimentation controls; site protection; site restoration, complete in place. Add Alternates for the Base Bid will include, but not be limited to, additional dirt infield mix, dugouts, outfield fence, bleachers, portable batting cages, warning track mix, aggregate path, 12' x 12' maintenance shed, 12" storm pipe, and Hydroblox complete in place.
