Renovation of a municipal facility in Tusket, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Municipality of the District of Argyle is seeking interested parties to rebuild and install 22 windows that need repair. These windows are 12 over 12 but vary around the addition over the years. The sash bar is to be removed and rebuilt to the exact profile to match the existing windows. Sashes and Sash bars to be replaced with Eastern White Pine primed and painted with 2 coats of paint. Also, remove and replace glass in the windows. There should be an allowance in pricing to cover window openings if they need to be left open overnight. The price submitted shall be for windows rebuilt and installed plus HST.
