The Division of Purchasing is neither the issuing or conducting procurement unit for this solicitation, as such it is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. Crack sealing: all cracks greater than ¼ inch are to be cleaned by high pressure air blasting or any other method that leaves the crack surfaces clean and dry, the cracks are to be filled using a hot pour crack sealant, work must be performed in a manner that leaves the sealant as flat as possible on the surface of the trail to allow for travel by skateboards and other recreational devices with small diameter wheels. All spilled and excess sealant must be removed from the surface. A plan to warn trail users and to close the trail section to trail users must be approved by The District and implemented before the crack seal is applied and kept in place until the crack seal has adequately cured. Seal Coating: For the asphalt trails and parking lots listed below: • Clean the trail/parking lot surface by sweeping and/or blowing the asphalt surface and/or power washing, or any combination of these processes that will clean the dust and debris and ensure bonding of the sealcoat. • Apply two coats of sealcoat following the manufacturer’s guidelines (product name and specs must be submitted with bid). The seal coat shall be applied when the ambient temperature is greater than 56° F and the trail surface temperature is greater than 60°F. • Spillage over the edge of the trails must be kept to two inches or less. • The work schedule of parking lot resurfacing shall be coordinated with the District so as not to conflict with events and peak periods. The parking lot seal coat shall be staged in a manner that leaves 50% of parking open for use at all times. • Copies of the Bills of Lading for the Seal Coat material must be supplied to Snyderville Basin Special Recreation Distri
