This specification includes the minimum technical requirements for the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of the proposed PV System. The Parking Authority of the City of Camden (PACC) is soliciting Qualification Proposals for Professional Services for the following services pursuant to the "Fair & Open Process" provided by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. and not as a Competitive Bid. 1. Provide Photovoltaic System Installation. RFP documents describing the services required and guidelines for submitting Qualification Proposals will be available on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at the Parking Authority of the City of Camden Administrative Office located at 10 Delaware Avenue, Camden, New Jersey or by contacting Ms. Banks at 856-757-9300, ext. 114 and on the PACC's website. Individuals and firms that download an RFP and intend to participate in the RFP evaluation process shall advise Ms. Banks via email at dbanks@camdenparking.net of their intent to participate and provide the name of the individual or firm, address, identify the RFP that they are responding to, phone and fax numbers, contact person and email address in order to receive any addenda issued by the Authority prior to the RFP submittal date. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of an RFP submittal as nonresponsive. All respondents to the RFP are required to comply with Affirmative Action Compliance requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975 C 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27). This Request for Proposals does not constitute a bid and is intended solely to obtain competitive proposals from which the Parking Authority of the City of Camden may choose contractor(s) that best meet(s) the Parking Authority of the City of Camden's needs. It is the Parking Authority of the City of Camden's intent that no statutory, regulatory, or common law bidding requirement apply to these Request for Proposals. The Parking Authority of the City of Camden intends to award any contract(s) for these services pursuant to N.J.S.A.
