Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lafayette, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1. Demolition of existing walls, section of walls, and existing ceilings, etc. for the new wall layout and noted items in the plans. 2. To construct new walls, install new ceilings, new flooring and base, new storefront systems, new doors and frames, shades, and cabinets. 3. To reconfigure existing sprinkler piping for new ceiling layout. To submit Sprinkler layout to Fire Marshal. 4. Furnish and install new HVAC equipment and ductwork in construction area. 5. Electrical and Fire Alarm are NOT part of this project and shall be installed at the same time as part of another project. Sheets E1, E2, E3, E4, and FA1 are for reference only. 6. Coordinate with all trades for installation. 7. Associated drawings are included as Addendum No. 1.
