The project shall consist of the installation of new aluminum canopies at both East Central Upper Elementary and East Central Lower Elementary. This scope will include some minor demolition of concrete and existing canopies and some concrete flatwork construction. Alternate 01 in this project shall consist of the demolition and reconstruction of the asphalt parking lot north of East Central Upper Elementary Cash or check, in the amount indicated on the plan room site for one set delivered in electronic PDF format. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a certified check in the amount of $ [____] or a certified check for a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount.
