Water Reclamation Facility Boiler Replacement SCOPE OF WORK The City is soliciting proposals for a Design-Build Team (DBT) for both design and construction services for the replacement of the two boilers. The DBT shall conduct a thorough and complete investigation of the existing steam generation systems in the Main Building, including the manner in which the steam generation system interfaces with the existing steam distribution system, methods of operation, methods of control, steam system loads and steam system capacities. At the completion of the investigation, the DBT shall provide complete drawings and specifications for the replacement of two boilers and any secondary equipment necessary for the proper operation of the boilers and hot water heaters and associated systems.
