The award of this contract will be contingent upon the Contractor satisfying the DBE/WBE requirements. Bid preparation will be in accordance with instructions to bidders bound in the specifications. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bidders Bond, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Mississippi in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Performance Bond with a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Mississippi in the full amount of the contract price, which bond shall comply with the laws of the State of Mississippi.
