Work of this Contract at the R.D. Parker Collegiate, located in Thompson, Manitoba is comprised of two components: .1 Part 1, renovation of the existing school buildings involving upgrades to the exterior envelope and roof associated with the West wing along with minor interior work. Mechanical and electrical work involves replacement of the existing heating system in the original 1961 school building. .2 Part 2, general construction of a new Band Room addition building of approximately 390 m2, and associated site improvements.
