JCHA is seeking sealed proposals from qualified Firm/Contractors with demonstrated professional competence, experience, and licensing to provide Design-Build services for windows at its JCHA main administration building. Contract will be awarded to the respondent whose proposal is most advantageous to the Jefferson County Housing Authority, with price and other factors considered. The JCHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in the proposal.
