Install a backwater valve on the sanitary sewage line. .1 Install four (4) backwater valves on the building sanitary sewage lateral lines as required as per the National Plumbing Code. .2 Re-line 18.3m of 200mm Cast Iron Service Lateral with Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) from Building Maintenance Shop to New Backwater Valve. .3 Restore the work limits to existing conditions or better. This includes sidewalk (both concrete and brick), curb, asphalt, and topsoil and sod restoration. The brick work shall be completed by an approved contractor with the local authority having jurisdiction. The contractor is responsible to coordinate all work with the owner and the local authority. .4 Removal of existing concrete manhole including p-trap and vent pipe. By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT. BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fail to receive the required documentation. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
