Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replace the existing Medium Pressure Steam Main piping from the existing LBWL Vault located in the west Executive Parking Lot to the Elliott-Larsen Building including new Pre-manufactured piping system, new anchor vault, steam anchors and guides, excavation, backfill, parking lot patching, sidewalk & curb replacement, installation, wiring, conduit, specialties, minor Plumbing revisions, minor HVAC revisions, drainage, connections to the LBWL steam main, connection to E-L Building main steam line, start-up, warrantees, minor demolition, Utility Company Fees and coordination, and project phasing as required. Coordination with DTMB-BOD for access to the Facility and Loading Dock. Liquidated damages : entire Work must be in the amount of $1500.00
