This is an informal small purchase solicitation of quotes for temporary maintenance to the NORA owned Firehouse located at 2312 - 14 Louisiana Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70115. Interested respondents should carefully read all stated information and requirements included herein. The services required are described more fully in Exhibit A. The selected contractor must: 1.) hold a current license under the State of Louisiana Contractors Licensing Law in accordance with LA RS 37:2150-2192 and any other licenses required by the City of New Orleans to perform all services outlined herein; 2.) comply with all Federal, state and local laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations that in any way affect the delivery of contract services; 3.) maintain a current certificate of insurance throughout the duration of the contract term, including contract extensions, in accordance with the requirements outlined herein; and 4.) attach all licensing and insurance information to the quote (failure to do so may render the quote non-responsive). Questions must be submitted in writing to Audrey Plessy, Procurement Manager, via email Audrey.Plessy@nola.gov no later than Friday, June 3, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Respondents must provide evidence of insurance coverage and minimum required limits by completing and submitting Exhibit C, Insurance Requirements, as a part of their quote. If awarded a contract, the contractor must submit a Certificate of Insurance evidencing all required coverages before starting the work. The insurance carriers must be authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana with a minimum A- rating. Insurance coverages must be maintained throughout the contract term contract, including any contract extension(s).
