Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Englewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
There are two addendums on the project, please see the owner for more information. The City of Englewood Public Works Department is currently seeking proposals from qualified commercial mechanical contractors ("Contractor") to remove and replace the existing boilers and associated mechanical equipment for the Englewood Recreation Center, located 1155 West Oxford Avenue, Englewood, CO 80110. The Contractor will be responsible for the proper installation of equipment purchased under a separate contract.
