The supplier shall supply to LSU Facility Services electricians, helpers, supervisors, and project managers who are qualified to work on high and low voltage electrical equipment and systems. The normal crew should consist of an electrician and helper but specific requirements will be noted at the time of request for personnel. The manpower is to be furnished on an as needed basis and is to work under the supervision of Facility Services Administration. One person in the work crew is to be a working lead type individual. This individual will act as contact person and liaison for the work crew. A supervisor will be provided when a specific job requires the assignment of five or more personnel. The project manager will assign, manage and ensure completion of all day-to-day task along with coordinating with Facility management on a per-job basis and ensure all materials, equipment and other resources are readily available. In addition, the project manager will oversee daily time tickets and verify for accuracy. When submitting electronically, the RFQ number and solicitation title should be listed in the subject line of the email. If you have submitted a bid though USPS, FedEx, UPS or another mail carrier, it is your responsibility to send an electronic copy. Neither the receipt of a physical bid nor late bids will be accepted. After registering, a confirmation email will be received containing information about joining the meeting. Bid prices are to be quoted inclusive of any and all applicable charges. Please note attached insurance requirements. Successful supplier will be required to furnish a certificate of insurance evidence required coverages and naming the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College as an additional insured on all liability policies. These standard terms and conditions shall apply to all LSU solicitations, unless otherwise specifically amended and provided for in the special terms and conditions, specifications, or other solicitation documents. In the event of conflict between the General Instructions to Suppliers or Standard Terms & Conditions and the Special Terms & Conditions, the Special Terms & Conditions shall govern. Bids submitted are subject to provisions of the laws of the State of Louisiana, including but not limited to: the University Procurement Code (LAC 34:XIII. Chapters 3-25) and the terms, conditions, and specifications stated in this solicitation. Suppliers may attend the public bid opening of sealed bids. No information or opinions concerning the ultimate contract award will be given at bid opening or during the evaluation process. Written bid tabulations will not be furnished
