Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Approximately 885,000 CY of excavation with on-site disposal (including clearing and grubbing, demucking, site preparation, hauling excavation, compaction of material, and clay liner installation). Approximately 4,550 LF of 12'x4' Reinforced Concrete Boxes, 70 LF of 7'x4' Reinforced Concrete Boxes, 235 LF of 6'x3' Reinforced Concrete Boxes, 235 LF of 5'x3' Reinforced Concrete Boxes, 345 LF of 24" through 48" RCP, 4 Junction Boxes, and all appurtenances. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The deadline to ask questions is 4/24/2024 12:00 AM CST All questions are to be directed to Engineer through web site. Engineer will post responses and/or Addenda online at the CIVCAST web site. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
