The complete documents can be obtained by the Electronic Tendering System , telephone 1 866-669-7326 , from May 25, 2022 . The fees for obtaining the documents, as well as all payment terms, are set by Electronic Tendering System and payable to the latter. Proposed bids must meet the requirements of the tender documents. The City incurs no liability for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents and all the addenda, if any, related to this call for tenders. The City of Terrebonne does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and opened. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
