This project provides for the funding to provide water service around the Swiss Valley / Highway 20 interchange growth area. Phase one would include approx. 2500 feet of 12" water main named Conttingham North - $437,500 (PHASE ONE IS COMPLETE). Phase two would include approx. 1200 feet 12" water main named Cottingham Middle - $222,500. Phase three would include approx. 1750 feet 12" water main named Depot Ridge - 311,250. Phase four would include 3650 feet 12" water main named Frontage Road - $676,250. Phase five would include 8000 feet 12" water main with Highway 20 boring named Cottingham East - $1,587,500. The project is included in the city's 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 27, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
