lf you have any questions, contact Chris Johnson at 731,-267-6834 Email addressis cnjohnson@jmcss.org. o The Scope of Work consists of the purchase and installation of two (2) solar-powered LED flashing light devices, along with various related signs, posts, and other hardware needed for a complete turnkey job. o Proposals shall include all signs, posts, brackets, base, controller, electronics, equipment, programming, licensing, installation and training necessary to provide the School System with functional Solar Powered flashing lights and related signs in accordance with the requirements of the Tennessee Department of Transportation. o Contractor is responsible for consultation with local utility companies to verify location of potential underground utilities. o Where necessary, contractor is responsible for trimming trees, to ensure proper visibility of the flashing warning LED lights and signs. o All training required for the School System to successfully operate and manage the flashing warning device system shall be provided as part of the contract price. o The contractor shall provide the School System with complete operation and maintenance documentation of the system installed. o The contractor shall provide a two-year warranty, including material and labor, which will begin on the date of final acceptance. As part of the Proposal, contractor shall include a description of services included with warranty, expected response times, and other pertinent warranty and service information. o Location of Flashing lights shall meet local and Tennessee Department of Transportation codes. o Flashing Lights shall be new, solar-powered LED equipment. o Flashing Lights shall be programmable and shall be sized for four hours of daily operation, taking into consideration the climate associated with the location of installation. o Flashing lights shall accommodate a default weekly schedule, along with up to 25 holidays/no school days and shall automatically adjust to daylight saving time and leap year. o Scope of work completed by July 31, 2022, if material is available. o Send submittals for Solar Powered Flashing Lights to Chris Johnson
