Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Crowley, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; swimming pool; swimming pool; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project is generally described as: park improvements adjacent to the existing Crowley City Hall building including, pedestrian plazas and pathways, a splash pad, performance stage and shade structure, planting and irrigation, water and sanitary lines, storm drainage system, park lighting and electrical connections, park signs and wayfinding, and on-street parking, for the Crowley EDC, Texas as shown in plans prepared by Pacheco Koch. The Crowley Economic Development Corporation reserves the right, as the interest of the EDC may require, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received. No officer or employee of the City of Crowley or Crowley EDC shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the City of Crowley or Crowley EDC. General Conditions and General Specifications used in this project are contained in the City of Crowley Building Code.
