SJJPA is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) from experienced and qualified planning/environmental/engineering consultants to provide California Environmental Quality Act and National Environmental Policy Act (CEQA/NEPA), planning, and preliminary engineering services for the Merced Integrated Track Connector (MITC) Project. ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE DATE AND TIME STATED. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Once the proposal deadline is reached, no further submissions are accepted into the system. ACCESSIBILITY AND AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) COMPLIANCE: To request a copy of this solicitation in an alternative format, contact the Procurement and Contracts Department at least five (5) working days prior to the Proposal due date to ensure availability.
