OCRRA's Rock Cut Road Transfer Station, located at 5808 Rock Cut Road in Jamesville NY, requires repair of a section of asphalt that is approximately 75' long by 18' wide. The area is located to the south of overhead operational doors (numbered 1 through 3) near Building 3 as shown in the attached drawings and photos. The asphalt area is adjacent to a concrete structural slab. The damaged asphalt should be saw-cut and removed to competent subgrade. Subbase shall be reestablished so that the final pavement will match surrounding grades. The asphalt section will be 5 1/2 " as shown on the attached details. Asphalt that is removed can be left on-site at OCRRA's direction. The site can be accessed for construction during the following time periods: Prior to June 13: after 3:30pm Monday-Friday; or Saturday; or Sunday On or after June 13: after 7pm Monday through Friday; or Saturday after 12pm; or Sunday The selected contractor shall pay its employees the prevailing wages for work, labor or services as required by New York Labor Law Articles 8 and 9. In accordance with the attached guide from the NYS Department of Labor, the selected contractor shall post the attached wage schedules at the site and provide OCRRA with a certified transcript of the original payrolls within thirty days after issuance of the first payroll and every thirty days thereafter as applicable.
