The Agency seeks to competitively pre-qualify contractors that meet the predetermined minimum scoring requirement (75% of the total points possible) from section 5.5 to provide Floodplain Mapping Services in specified watersheds and counties in the State of Iowa. The selected Respondents will be pre-qualified to competitively bid on floodplain mapping services (see section 1.4) without public notice and without further negotiation of general terms and conditions. The initial designated term for the pre-qualified contract will be for three (3) years with up to three (3) additional periods of twelve (12) months each, at the discretion of the Agency. Initial Contract term beginning: October 1, 2022 Ending: September 30, 2025 RFP written questions, requests for clarification, and suggested changes from Respondents due: June 7, 2022
