Site work for a civil project in Bayboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
All questions with regards to this bid should be directed to Jeremy Forbes with Pamlico County or Michelle Clements with The East Group. The Project includes the following Work: Repairs to the Styrontown Road Pier including the removal of the existing pier, construction of the new pier and connecting ramp and repair work along the river embankment as noted on the attached CAMA permit and as shown on the construction drawings issued as noted below: C1.1 - Issue for Bid - 10-25-22 by The East Group C1.2 - Issue for Bid - 10-25-22 by The East Group S1.1 - Issued for Construction 10-18-22 by RPA Engineering The Project has an expected duration of 60 days.Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 60 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 75 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
