Site work for a water / sewer project in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This work is to be bid only by KUB pre-qualified contractors in the following area: 4.3 Gas Utility Construction, No Bid Limit and Nominal 4 inch and under pipe sizes. Bids will not be accepted from contractors who are not pre-qualified in the above-mentioned category prior to the bid opening. Cut off for questions at 3:30PM on June 8, 2022. Issue addendum if required by 3:30PM on June 9, 2022 Notice of Award on or about June 15, 2022. Notice to Proceed on or about June 27, 2022 (commence date within 30 days) Substantial Completion within 210 days from the commence date in Notice to Proceed. Description of Work: Work shall include the installation of 5,500 ft of 2" MDPE gas main and related facilities to serve Roslyn Dr., Patricia Cir., E Mona Ln., Boyds Bridge Pk., and Gardenia Dr. The work shall be completed in strict accordance with the drawings and the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as required to restore the Site to a condition equal to or better than the Site condition which existed prior to the initiation of the Work activities.
