The Bonsall Unified School (District) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for selection of one or more firms to provide continuous DSA Inspection Services for various projects identified in the District's facilitiesprogram. The firm or consultants will be required to have a thorough knowledge of the professional services and activities of construction materials testing and DSA inspection. The scope of services to be provided shall be in accordance with the California Code of Regulations - Title 24 Requirements, latest edition, and all other related applicable standards. Firms that successfully qualify will be placed on a pre-approved list for future negotiations and/or request for cost proposals of various projectsto be identified in the future. Bonsall Unified School District is accepting all Intents to Bid, question submissions, and proposal responses to this posted RFQ. The respondentshall submit on or before the RFQ Date identified herein. Responses received after the date and time specified may, at the sole discretion of the District, be rejected as nonresponsive and returned without review. It is the practice of the District not to consider late offers unless it is determined that a selection cannot be made from among the responsesreceived on time. The District shall not be responsible for, nor accept as a valid excuse for late response delivery, any delay in email/technology, or other method of delivery used by the respondent. All responsesshall be firm offers subject to acceptance by the District and may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 calendar days following the last day to accept responses. Responses may not be amended after the due date except by the consent of the District. Any questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted by email to the above address no later than 4:00PM June 10, 2022. Responses to individual queries will be provided as soon as possible. An anonymous summary of all RFI/Q&A's will be uploaded to the District's website no later than 4:00PM June 16, 2022 via Addendum, please see additional information regarding the Addendum in the section below.
