On June 28, 2022, at 7:00 a.m., local time, at a meeting of the hospital Board of Trustees at the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital, 1000 15 th Street N, Humboldt, IA 50548, in the F oundation Conference Room, the board will review the Bids and consider the Award of the Contract. The work for the project shall be accomplished under a Single Construction Contract and there will be a Single Bid to include all of the following: 1. General Construction. 2. Site Construction, including: Site utilities, grading, and paving. 3. Mechanical Construction, including: Plumbing, Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning. 4. Electrical Construction, including: Power, Lighting, Technology, and Fire Safety On-site mobilization and construction may begin no sooner than July 11, 2022. TheOwnerrequests substantial completion for the project by December 15, 2022 (dependent uponmaterial delivery lead times).
