Plans call for an addition of 12,000 square feet and renovation of approximately 42,375 square feet. This project is Tax Exempt. This project is Open Shop (both Union and Non-Union) and subject to Prevailing Wage Rates included in Specifications. (Note from Viking Construction). All questions and requests for information must be submitted in writing to Eddie Widofsky at Tecton Architects edwardw@tectonpc.com by close of business on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. The final Addendum will be issued by close of business on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. Note from Viking Construction: DBE/WBE/MBE/DVBE are encouraged to participate. Addendum #1-#3 have been posted as of 6-27-2022.
