Renovation of a municipal facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Questions Due Date: Jun 1st 2022, 1:00 PM CDT Provide all labor and materials to complete floor tile (VCT) installation, including all necessary underlayment, base, and thresholds. Carpet and tile will be abated/removed down to concrete substrate by CPS environmental contractors. All work and materials are to adhere to CPS Specifications: o SECTION 09 65 00 RESILIENT FLOORING o SECTION 06 10 00 ROUGH CARPENTRY Vendor will be responsible for coordinating installation with the abatement team and the school engineer. All included rooms will have carpet abated/removed by environmental contractor down to concrete substrate. Floor and tile (VCT) will need to be built back up from that condition. Abatement plans and CPS specifications are included for reference. Walkthrough is mandatory and bidders are responsible for verifying areas. - Room 113 - 30FT X 24FT - Room 121 - 30FT X 24FT - Room 123 - 30FT X 24FT - Room 125 - 30FT X 24FT - Room 127 - 30FT X 24FT Work must be completed by August 12, 2022 Tile/Base color to be selected by school principal or designee. All work areas must be left clean. Warranties, as stated in the specifications, shall apply.
