The Building is comprised of concrete tilt wall panel walls, steel columns and roof structure, with metal stud interior walls and exterior metal panels and painted walls. Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, Construction Manager's at Risk, for the School of Science & Technology - Schertz Phase 2, is requesting Competitive Proposals from subcontractors and suppliers for the following trades: Structural Steel, Roofing, Glass & Glazing, and Electrical. The balance of work will be released in a later bid package. Construction documents are at 50% as of May 25, 2022. Permits are expected August 22, 2022 and the targeted Notice to Proceed is September 22, 2022. Targeted substantial completion is August 14, 2023. The Project consist of the new 2 story construction of a building classroom of 36,000 Square feet. The Building is comprised of concrete titlwall panel walls, steel columns and roof structure, with metal stud interior walls and exterior metal panels and painted walls. a. Roof consists of single ply adhered membrane TPO system. b. Interiors as described in Documents. c. Associated site work includes; all paving and sidewalks within property line (including all tie-ins to adjacent streets and utilities), landscape, irrigation, underground utilities, and site lighting. d.
