A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Scope of Work: o Enclose (cage in) the exposed electric panels, controls, and proposed IT camera monitoring cabinet with a chain link fence (top and four sides in the yellow area depicted below). The purpose of caging in the yellow area is to keep people from jumping the existing fence and disturbing the electric panels, control equipment and the proposed IT camera monitoring cabinet. Below are photos of the area and gate. o The measurement of the yellow area is approximately 7' 6" W X 36' 2" L X 7' H. o There is an existing gate that measures approximately 4' 9.5" W X 6' H. Determine if you can utilize existing gate. o All fencing components shall be color black. o There is an existing 6' fence on the West side. Determine if you can tie into and utilize the existing fence on the West side. o The height on the East side (stucco wall) is approximately 7' in height. o Fence fabric (9-gauge, vinyl coated chain link) shall be installed to the sides and top to enclose the entire "box" area shown in yellow below. o There approximately 23' of existing vegetation (bamboo trees) that will need to be cleared and maintained cleared before the yellow area is enclosed with a fence (top and 4 sides). o Recommendation on the best practices for said enclosure. o Contractor may submit for County's consideration equivalents to the product listed. o For the purposes of determining the winning bidder, the County will select the qualified vendor with the lowest lump sum price.
