Site work and new construction of a retail development in Rosalia, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
The project generally consists of work to construct a new 50-foot by 40-foot post-framed storage shop with reinforced concrete floor next to the existing Town Shop in Rosalia. An additive alternate is included to widen the shop by 10 feet (for a 50-foot deep by 50-foot wide structure). This project is scheduled for completion before the end of 2023. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Only properly executed proposals submitted on the forms furnished in the Bidding Documents will be accepted. Rejection of Bids: The Town of Rosalia reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within 60 days after the actual Bid Opening. All contractors must be licensed to conduct business in Washington State. The Town of Rosalia is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (Small, Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses) are encouraged to submit bids. Estimate cost: $350,000 -$425,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
