Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Demolition of existing pond liner, surface materials salvage of boulders/riprap .2 Protection of existing old growth trees .3 Regrading of pond slope .4 Removal and replacement of dock if deemed necessary .5 Supply and installation of drainage layers .6 Supply and installation of collection piping, vent piping and collection manhole. .7 Supply and installation of new pond geomembrane liner. .8 Supply and installation of new submersible pump and piping. .9 Hydrostatic testing of new pond liner. .10 Restoration of surfaces to original and as designed including supply and installation of Aquatics, surface gravel, boulders and riprap .11 Trenching for the addition of new underground electrical conduit(s) which shall extend from the existing in ground-junction box along the pond viewing area and over to the new lift station. .12 Backfill, compaction, and restoration of areas distributed for the intent of trenching or civil works. All landscape and areas affected to be brought to its original condition and grade and as designed. .13 Addition of a new motor rated electrical receptacle (and motor cord-end) within the lift station manhole that shall provide power for the new lift station pump. Receptacle shall be rated for the area of install and mounted within the manhole at a location suitable for disconnecting of the lift station pump from the receptacle outlet without confined space entry. .14 Addition of new power conductors from the existing 120/208VAC Electrical Panel QA within the lower level of the SLFH to the new lift station manhole receptacle to provide 3-phase power for the new lift station dewatering pump. .15 Addition of a new 3-pole, 15A breaker within Electrical Panel QA which shall power the lift station receptacle. .16 Addition of a new 3-phase 208VAC, 1.5HP dewatering pump within the new lift station manhole. New pump shall come complete with built-in motor contactor and overloads. .17 Equipment start-up and check-out procedures. .18 All digital project delivery submissions as required by specifications. .19 Final documentation including commissioning signoffs, reports, as-builts, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, etc. .20 All work essential to complete the project in total, whether or not explicitly described above, provided it can reasonably be inferred as essential for the proper completion of the project.
