The City of Kankakee, Environmental Services Utility is seeking bids for the reconstruction of the shed per the attached plans and specs. The successful contractor is responsible for obtaining the necessary building permits as well as providing all labor and materials per the plans contained herein. There will be two options as follows: OPTION 1 The successful contractor shall demo the appropriate components and remove the same from the site. The successful contractor shall also provide all materials and labor to complete the salt shed per the plans and specs, including providing the pre-engineered trusses. OPTION 2 The demolition will be provided by others and the successful contractor shall provide all materials and labor to complete the salt shed per the plans and specs, including providing the preengineered trusses. The City ofKankakee is accepting bids from venders to provide materials, labor, and disposal services as outlined in the specifications and drawings for the demolition and reconstruction ofthe salt shed Questions should be addressed to Dennis Doyle and emailed to dfdoyle@citykankakee-il.gov.
