The Western Virginia Water Authority will receive sealed bids for the following items: 1) Contract for Water Meters & Appurtenances The Western Virginia Water Authority (WVWA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors to purchase Electronic water meters 5/8", 3/4",1" ,1-1/2" thru 10" water meters and appurtenances . Technical inquiries regarding this bid should be directed to the Meter Manager Rachel Ramsey at telephone (540) 283-2909, or by email at Rachel.ramsey@westernvawater.org. The contract term is one year with the ability to renew the contract annually if agreed to by both parties for a maximum of two more times (three year contract). The one year period shall begin on July 1, 2022. Agreements shall be executed within thirty days of bid opening. The WVWA shall provide the mechanism for evaluation of all information received. The WVWA reserves the right to make the final determination of responsible offerors and to waive informalities and/or irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids.
