The County does not have a specific bond form bidder must use, but the bond must be underwritten by a surety as described in Section 4 of the draft construction agreement. County shall be entitled to assess, asliquidated damages, but not as a penalty, $1,000.00 for each calendar day thereafter until substantial completion is achieved.
