AMENDMENTS TO THE TENDER DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM MERX AS AMENDMENTS OBTAINED FROM OTHER SOURCES MAY NOT BE THE LATEST. Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity. The estimated value for this opportunity is in the order of $150,000 for the initial term. Two additional one-year extension opportunities exist, for an estimated overall opportunity of $450,000 if fully extended. The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at the level of RELIABILITY, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
