Interior works in architecture: 1 Demolition and sectoral reconstruction of existing partitions and ceilings for the installation of new electro-mechanical conduits (emergency call system); 2 Sector modification of partitioning; new automatic sliding doors; new doors and frames and modification of existing doors; 3 Replacement of toilet accessories; new openings in the existing partitions for built-in accessories, resumption of the wall ceramic tile; 4 Addition or modification of wall protections; 5 New integrated furniture elements and modification of existing furniture elements. 6 Upgrading of the emergency call system and other mechanical/electrical work: see engineers' documents for description of the scope of work. B Exterior work: 1 Installation of a new mechanical unit on the roof of level 6 (see mechanical engineer). Sectoral demolition of the existing roof for the installation of new steel structural supports (see structural engineer) and a new ventilator. New insulated lean-to fixed on these supports, in which the mechanical unit will be installed. 2 Repair of the composition of the roof around the supports of the mechanical unit and the new fan. 3 Installation of new mechanical conduits connecting an existing skylight on the roof of level 2 (above the Emergency) to the new mechanical unit to be installed on the roof of level 6.
