Renovation of a stadium in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for competitive negotiations with vendors to replace the scoreboards and score tables, etc in Freedom Hall for NCAA basketball games. Vendors are encouraged to submit written questions on Attachment B Vendors Question Form to the Buyer via email at saundra.allen@kyvenues.com. KSFB shall respond to salient question by issuing an addendum to the solicitation. It will be posted to the Kentucky Vendor Self Service site. Attendance is highly encouraged, as this will be the only opportunity to ask oral questions. The KSFB shall not be bound by oral answers to the questions presented at the Vendors Conference or oral statements made at any other time by any member of the KSFBs staff. Salient questions asked at the Vendors Conference must be submitted by the vendor, in writing, on Attachment B and emailed to the buyer, by the date below. An Addendum that shall be posted to the E-Procurement Page with the questions and answers from the vendor conference and/or any received in an email from vendors. Vendors Written Questions due by 12:00 PM EST (Submit questions on attachment b-vendors question form) June 08, 2022 Expected Responses to Vendors Written Questions June 13, 2022.
