Reference number : 1609624 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-13 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Regional County Municipality of Vaudreuil-Soulanges is seeking, through this public call for tenders, a company to collect and transport organic matter from seven municipalities of the MRC of Vaudreuil-Soulanges to a treatment site identified by the MRC. Each submission must be accompanied by all the documents identified in section B as well as all the duly completed forms in section C. For any additional information relating to this call for tenders, please communicate, in writing only, with Ms. Sophie Dufault, by email at sdufault@mrcvs.ca. This tender request does not constitute an offer to contract with any of the tenderers and the Regional County Municipality of Vaudreuil-Soulanges does not in any way undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received. It assumes no obligation or liability towards bidders who waive, by submitting a bid, any claim against the Regional County Municipality of Vaudreuil-Soulanges. The council's decision will be made within ninety (90) days of the opening of tenders. Bid bond 10% is required.
