Renovation of a mixed-use development in Thompson, Connecticut. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and library.
The Town of Thompson is seeking bids for replacement of two sets of sliding doors at the main entrance of the Thompson Public Library/Community Center facility, located at 934 Riverside Drive in the North Grosvenordale section of Thompson, CT.' To replace the existing two sets of sliding doors and necessary associated components which is original to the building (1994). Bids shall include a detailed list of the cost of labor and materials and description of work needed to be performed and a timetable for completion. We request that the work be completed by Fall 2022. A minimum of three (3) references must be provided with the bid. Proof of Insurance must be provided. See attached Insurance Document for mandatory coverages. The Town of Thompson reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or any part thereof, and to waive any informality in the process to serve the best interests of the Town of Thompson. The Town reserves the right, either before or after the opening of proposals, to ask any proposer to clarify its proposal or to submit additional information that the Town, in its sole discretion, deems desirable. Prices must be firm for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days following the bid opening. Bid withdrawal may be made only with the consent of the Town of Thompson.
