General site grading as required to construct approximately 3,700 feet of roadway and adjacent sidewalk connecting segments of Truman Blvd and Norton Rd including relocation of the existing roadway alignment at some locations and associated stormwater infrastructure. The DBE Goal for this project is 7% .Contractors and sub-contractors who sign a contract to work on public works project provide a 10-Hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) calendar days of beginning work on the construction project. No matter what date the contractor chooses to begin the project, the project must be completed on or before June 16, 2023.
