Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dugger, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The scope of the project includes 9,506 sys of HMA milling and 1,046 tons of MHA paving across 5 street sections. Each BIDDER is responsible for inspecting the project site and understanding the work associated with the contract documents. Failure or omission of the BIDDER to do any of the foregoing shall not relieve the BIDDER from obligations with respect to the BID. Each BID shall include a fully completed BID FORM (furnished by OWNER), the most current version of Indiana Form 96 inclusive of NonCollusion Affidavit Standard Questionnaire (furnished by BIDDER), Financial Statement and other bid documents as required by Indiana law. The BID shall include sufficient and proper sums for all construction, mobilizations, accesses, labor, materials, permits, licenses, insurances, bonds, etc. that are incidental to and required for the complete construction of the project. No BID may be withdrawn by the BIDDER for at least sixty (60) calendar days following receipt of a BID. A conditional or qualified BID will not be accepted. Each BIDDER shall deposit with its BID a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond, may payable to the OWNER, in a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. This check or bond will be held by the OWNER as evidence that the BIDDER shall, if awarded the contract, enter into the same with the OWNER upon notification from the OWNER to do so within ten (10) calendar days of said notification. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all BIDS. Award will be made to the low, responsive and responsible BIDDER. The low, responsive and responsible BIDDER must not be disbarred, suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in federally assisted programs under Executive Order 12549. All applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the project shall apply to the project throughout the entire duration of the project. The CONTRACTOR receiving the Award shall furnish the OWNER an approved performance bond and an approved payment bond (labor and materials), each in an amount at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the BID amount, both of which shall remain in full effect throughout the duration of the project plus a period of twelve (12) months following the Date of Substantial Completion of the project. These bonds shall be furnished by the CONTRACTOR to the OWNER following issuance of the Notice of Award
