To be considered, any submission must: Be presented in a pre-addressed and sealed envelope, bearing the appropriate inscriptions; Be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the amount submitted; Be accompanied by a copy of the general contractor's license. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form of a check referred to in the amount corresponding to 10% of the amount of the tender, made out to the order of the owner or by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the amount of the tender, valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of tenders. This submission guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for pledges, materials and services. When these guarantees are in the form of bonds, the amount of each of them corresponds to 50% of the contract price and when they are in the form of a certified check, the amount of each of them corresponds to 10% of the contract price.
