Update: McVay Road Bridge Replacement Project is included in City of Germantown Fiscal Year 2026-2031 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The City of Germantown, Tennessee, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide services related to construction of a replacement of McVay Road Bridge that is located between Messick Road and McVay Cove. The project will include, but is not limited to, bridge construction, approach realignment and drainage improvements. This project is a federally-funded Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) project as a Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) locally managed program . Required Scope of Services Provide field survey of the project area. Provide services to complete the Environmental document. Provide engineering design services to prepare project specifications, bid/construction documents for the construction of the project. Hire and manage Right-of-Way (ROW) specialist to obtain ROW certification, as necessary. Prepare itemized estimate of probable cost using TDOT item numbers. Prepare bid notice/bid advertisement. Permit and utility submittal for review and approval to TDOT. Questions Deadline: 03/11/2025 4pm CS
