The project will include, but is not limited to, bridge construction, approach realignment and drainage improvements. This project is a federally-funded Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) project as a Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) locally managed program . Required Scope of Services Provide field survey of the project area. Provide services to complete the Environmental document. Provide engineering design services to prepare project specifications, bid/construction documents for the construction of the project. Hire and manage Right-of-Way (ROW) specialist to obtain ROW certification, as necessary. Prepare itemized estimate of probable cost using TDOT item numbers. Prepare bid notice/bid advertisement.
