Supply and deliver sodium hypochlorite and sodium bisulfite to the Merrimack Wastewater Treatment Facility, in accordance with the enclosed specifications and following conditions. All chemical prices shall reflect the actual cost of delivery (including fuel), to the Wastewater Treatment Facility, Merrimack, New Hampshire. No fuel surcharge is allowed. All chemicals shall be accompanied by a certificate of analysis. MSDS sheet to accompany initial delivery after July 1, 2022. All amounts are estimates and in no way constitutes a guarantee of actual usage. ALL BIDS ARE TO BE FIRM FOR THE ENTIRE FISCAL YEAR FROM JULY 1, 2022 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2023. The amounts required are approximate and/or given for comparison bids only. Bidders should direct questions concerning the above to Sarita S. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to accept the bid which best serves the interest of the Town.
