1- The work to be undertaken generally involves, but is not necessarily limited to: the road grading and maintenance and snowplowing on roads as identified in more detail in Schedule "A" attached hereto (the "Work"). 2- The Successful Tenderer shall be awarded a contract for the Work which will have a term from July 6, 2022 to July 31, 2025. 3- All inquiries regarding the technical aspects of the work shall be directed to the R.M. c/o - Nicolas Zuck, Manager of Public Works at 306-240-8662. The tenderer(s) acknowledge and agree that the R.M. does not have an obligation to provide a response to any written inquiry and that it is in the sole and unfettered discretion of the R.M. to provide any response to a written inquiry. 4- Submission of a tender by a Tenderer gives the R.M. the right to require the Tenderer to execute the contract to perform the Work as set out within the tender documents. Tenders may not be withdrawn after the Tender Closing and will be irrevocable and open for acceptance by the R.M. for a period of sixty (60) days following the end of the day of the Tender Closing. The Successful Tenderer will be notified in writing of the award of the Tender when the R.M. delivers a letter of intent to the Successful Tenderer. : CONTRACT ROAD GRADING MAINTENANCE AND SNOW PLOWING, the R.M. of Meadow Lake No. 588 invites tenders from parties interested in performing motor grader road maintenance services and snow plowing work on a three year (3) contractual basis for the municipality and a total of three (3) motor grader(s).
