Estimated Commencement date: July 15, 2022 Estimated Substantial Completion: November 21, 2022 PREQUALIFICATION Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 52 out of 80 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
